Biography of Courtney McDaniel

Courtney brings a strong background in local business marketing and community engagement to her role at First Choice. Prior to joining the team, she worked on the wholesale and marketing side of a small local bakery, where she managed community outreach, attended chamber of commerce events, and built relationships with local chefs and other small businesses and owners. Originally from St. Charles, Missouri, Courtney thrives on connecting with others and creating meaningful connections.

Her passion for small business and local networks carries over into her work at First Choice, where she supports client growth and engagement strategies. Outside of the office, Courtney is a proud wife and mother to her young son, Walker, and to their family dog Ruby. Her Family enjoys spending weekends at their farm in northeast Missouri or visiting her parents in southern Missouri. Whether it is an outdoor adventure or cheering on our favorite sports teams, we are always on the move and soaking up family time together!
